STORM WATCH...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM MONDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH
TUESDAY AFTERNOON.

* LOCATIONS...OTSEGO AND DELAWARE COUNTY NEW YORK

* HAZARDS...HEAVY SNOW, BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW.

* ACCUMULATIONS...POTENTIAL FOR MORE THAN 7 INCHES.

* TIMING...LIGHT SNOW OVERSPREADS THE AREA MONDAY WITH INITIALLY
  MINOR ACCUMULATIONS. HOWEVER...HEAVIER SNOW IS EXPECTED AFTER
  MIDNIGHT MONDAY NIGHT INTO EARLY TUESDAY AFTERNOON. IT WILL BE
  DURING THIS PERIOD THAT THE HIGHEST IMPACT WILL OCCUR.

* TEMPERATURES...IN THE TEENS MONDAY NIGHT, RISING INTO THE LOWER
  20S ON TUESDAY.

* WINDS...NORTHEAST 10 TO 20 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 25 MPH.
