* IMPACTS...THE COMBINATION OF SNOWFALL AND STRONG WINDS MAY
  CREATE NEAR WHITE OUT CONDITIONS AT TIMES ALONG HIGHWAY 191
  AROUND JUDITH GAP. THESE CONDITIONS WILL BE DANGEROUS FOR YOUNG
  LIVESTOCK.

* WIND CHILL VALUES...15 TO 25 BELOW ZERO.

* WINDS...NORTH 20 TO 35 MPH...WITH GUSTS TO 50 MPH.

* SNOW ACCUMULATION...8 TO 14 INCHES IN THE MOUNTAINS...ESPECIALLY
  ON NORTH FACING SLOPES. 4 TO 8 INCHES IN THE FOOTHILLS. LOCALLY
  HIGHER AMOUNTS POSSIBLE.

* WINDS...NORTH AT 15 TO 25 MPH.

* IMPACTS...HEAVY SNOWFALL AND GUSTY NORTH WINDS MAY PRODUCE
  HAZARDOUS DRIVING CONDITIONS ON AREA ROADWAYS...INCLUDING
  HIGHWAY 87 SOUTH OF LIVINGSTON...HIGHWAY 212 SOUTH OF
  LAUREL... AND INTERSTATE 90. THESE CONDITIONS WILL BE
