TO 4 AM PST THURSDAY ABOVE 3500 FEET...

SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...6 TO 12 INCHES BETWEEN 3500 AND 4500
FEET...8 TO 20 INCHES ABOVE 4500 FEET. A COUPLE INCHES OF WET
SNOW WILL BE POSSIBLE AS LOW AS 2800 FEET.

LOCATIONS IMPACTED...MAINLY RURAL AREAS ABOVE 3500 FEET NORTH AND
EAST OF A LINE FROM HAYFORK TO BURNT RANCH.
