...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY FOR BIG ISLAND SUMMITS ABOVE
10500 FEET THROUGH MONDAY AFTERNOON...

.Abundant moisture moving over the Big Island will combine with a
potent disturbance aloft to bring periods of wintry weather to the
Big Island Summits, mainly snow, through Monday.

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 PM HST
MONDAY...

* WHAT...Snow occurring. Plan on slippery road conditions.
  Additional snow accumulations of 3 to 5 inches are expected.

* WHERE...Big Island Summits above 10,500 feet.

* WHEN...Until 6 PM Monday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Be prepared for visibility near zero at
  times. Heavy bursts of snow could also be accompanied by
  lightning. The road to Mauna Kea remains closed.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Winter Weather Advisory for snow means periods of snow will
cause travel difficulties. Be prepared for snow covered roads and
limited visibilities, and use extreme caution while driving.
