THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN NORTH PLATTE HAS ISSUED A WINTER
STORM WARNING...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT CST /11 PM MST/
TONIGHT TO 8 AM CST /7 AM MST/ WEDNESDAY. THE WINTER STORM WATCH
IS NO LONGER IN EFFECT.

* A MIX OF LIGHT FREEZING RAIN...SLEET AND SNOW WILL DEVELOP LATE
  TONIGHT INTO TUESDAY MORNING. PRECIPITATION SHOULD BE IN THE
  FORM OF ALL SNOW BY TUESDAY AFTERNOON.

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS OF 4 TO 8 INCHES WITH THE HEAVIEST AMOUNTS
  GENERALLY NORTH OF HIGHWAY 20.

* NORTHWEST WINDS GUSTING UP TO 35 MPH DEVELOPING LATE TUESDAY
  MORNING AND CONTINUING THROUGH TUESDAY NIGHT WILL CREATE AREAS
  OF BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW.

* HAZARDOUS DRIVING CONDITIONS CAN BE EXPECTED DUE TO REDUCED
  VISIBLITY FROM FALLING AND BLOWING SNOW. SLIPPERY AND SNOW
  PACKED ROADS WILL BE POSSIBLE.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A WINTER STORM WARNING MEANS SIGNIFICANT AMOUNTS OF SNOW...
SLEET...AND ICE ARE EXPECTED OR OCCURRING. STRONG WINDS ARE ALSO
