ON SUNDAY...REACHING THE IDAHO PANHANDLE IN THE LATE MORNING. THIS
WILL RESULT IN TRAVEL IMPACTS OVER PORTIONS OF THE INLAND
NORTHWEST...ESPECIALLY THE MOUNTAIN PASSES.
