HEAT INDICES ARE FORECAST TO BE AT OR ABOVE 105 DEGREES THIS
AFTERNOON FOR ALL OF CENTRAL ALABAMA TODAY. THOSE WHO MUST BE
OUTSIDE SHOULD TAKE PROPER SAFETY PRECAUTIONS. DRINK PLENTY OF
WATER AND TAKE FREQUENT BREAKS.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH THURSDAY.

DAYTIME TEMPERATURES ARE FORECAST TO CLIMB INTO THE MIDDLE TO
UPPER 90S INTO THE WEEKEND. HEAT INDICES ARE EXPECTED TO REACH
105 DEGREES OR HIGHER ACROSS ALL OF CENTRAL ALABAMA SATURDAY
AFTERNOON...AND PERHAPS AT LEAST THE SOUTHERN AND WESTERN
PORTIONS OF CENTRAL ALABAMA ONCE AGAIN ON SUNDAY.
