This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for the counties served by the
National Weather Service office in Birmingham.

.DAY ONE...Outlook through Tonight.

Snowfall has ended, but conditions still remain hazardous across a
parts of Central Alabama. Travel is not advised for several counties
south of Birmingham, please see the map on our web page.

Another hard freeze is expected tonight as temperatures will be
in the 10 to 20 degree range. Take the proper precautions against
this extreme cold.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

A quicker warm up is expected Thursday morning, with temperatures
warming above 15 degrees by 9 AM areawide. Otherwise, no hazardous
weather is expected at this time.


Activation of storm spotters and emergency management is not
expected at this time.
