THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR THE COUNTIES SERVED BY THE
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE OFFICE IN BIRMINGHAM.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT.

NO HAZARDOUS WEATHER IS EXPECTED AT THIS TIME.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY.

A STRONG COLD FRONT WILL MOVE THROUGH ON MONDAY AND BRING A CHANCE
OF SNOW SHOWERS BEGINNING MONDAY EVENING MAINLY NORTH OF A LINE
FROM ALICEVILLE TO CLANTON TO LANETT. A FEW NARROW BUT PERSISTENT
BANDS COULD CAUSE ISOLATED LIGHT SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...BUT THE
LOCATION FOR THESE BANDS IS HIGHLY UNCERTAIN. MOST OF THE SNOW
SHOWER ACTIVITY SHOULD DIMINISH BY 6 AM TUESDAY EXCEPT ACROSS THE
NORTHEAST PART OF THE AREA...WHERE IT COULD CONTINUE UNTIL NOON
ON TUESDAY.

ACTIVATION OF STORM SPOTTERS AND EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT IS NOT
EXPECTED AT THIS TIME.
