Rain will continue throughout the day today across much of PA. A
few places could see up to 0.25" of precipitation today. Winds
will be increasing throughout the day with gusts up to 25mph
possible, mainly along the Allegheny front and in the northern
mountains. Temperatures will remain cooler today with highs
struggling to reach the upper 50s in most places.
