Fire Weather Forecast for Northeast and North Central Colorado
National Weather Service Denver/Boulder CO
340 PM MDT Wed Mar 29 2017

.DISCUSSION...Tonight and Thursday...As the latest storm system
continues to move east away from Colorado gradual clearing will
occur form North to South. Relative humidities will remain high
due to the recent precipitation and wet soil conditions. Some
drying tomorrow under a building ridge with increasing
temperatures into the lower 60s.

LONG TERM DISCUSSION...Thursday night through Monday...A stormy
weather pattern will remain in place through early next week. One
storm will begin to impact the area with a few showers out ahead
of it Thursday night. More widespread rain and mountain snow will
develop Friday, turning to snow onto portions of the plains late
Friday night and Saturday. Significant precipitation amounts will
be possible.

Drier weather can be expected under an upper level ridge Sunday
into early Monday, before more showers develop in advance of the
next storm expected in by Tuesday. Temperatures will average
below normal through this period with higher humidity levels.

...Thunderstorms imply strong gusty erratic winds...
...All surface winds are 20-Foot...10-Minute averaged winds...
...CWR is Chance of Wetting Rain - 0.10 inch or more liquid...
...24 HR Trends are based on averages over the respective zone
groups and may not match the actual forecast values
                    shown in those groups...
