COUNTIES BY 12:30 AM. SNOWFALL RATES OF 1 TO 2 INCHES PER HOUR
CAN BE EXPECTED BENEATH THIS NORTH-SOUTH BAND OF HEAVY SNOW.
VISIBILITIES MY DROP TO LESS THAN A FEW HUNDRED FEET WITH THIS
SNOW BAND. MOTORISTS ARE URGED TO SLOW DOWN AS TRAVEL CONDITIONS
WILL LIKELY WORSEN WITH THIS BURST OF HEAVY SNOWFALL.
