SNOWFALL RATES WILL GENERALLY BE LESS THAN ONE QUARTER INCH PER
HOUR. WEST WINDS AT 15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 45 MPH WILL
CONTINUE OVER THE HIGH MOUNTAIN PASSES. THE WINDS WILL PRODUCING
