PORTIONS OF THE NORTHEAST PLAINS THROUGH 3 AM. THE SHOWERS WILL
MAINLY BE ACROSS SOUTHERN LOGAN AND NORTHERN WASHINGTON COUNTIES.
RAINFALL AMOUNTS WILL BE UP TO A TENTH OF AN INCH WITH THE PASSING
STORMS.
