MOUNTAINS AND FOOTHILLS THROUGH THE EVENING. THE SNOW LEVEL OF
AROUND ELEVEN THOUSAND FEET WILL SLOWLY LOWER AS THE NIGHT GOES
ON. RAINFALL RATES WILL GENERALLY BE LESS THAN ONE QUARTER INCH
PER HOUR...WITH SOME SNOW ACCUMULATION ABOVE ELEVEN THOUSAND FEET.
