LIGHT SNOW WILL REDEVELOP ACROSS THE MOUNTAINS AND HIGH VALLEYS
THROUGH THE MORNING. THE SNOW WILL COMBINE WITH STRONG GUSTY WINDS
OVER HIGHER MOUNTAIN AREAS TO PRODUCE CONSIDERABLE BLOWING AND
DRIFTING SNOW AND POOR VISIBILITIES AS THE SNOW INCREASES. PEAK
WIND GUSTS IN EXCESS OF 70 MPH WILL DEVELOP ABOVE TIMBERLINE.
DRIVERS SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR HAZARDOUS WINTER DRIVING
CONDITIONS AND STRONG CROSS WINDS.

80 MPH IN WIND PRONE AREAS. THE WINDS WILL BE HIGHLY VARIABLE AND
ERRATIC...WITH VERY LIGHT WINDS IN SOME AREAS WHILE OTHER
LOCATIONS EXPERIENCE VERY STRONG WINDS AT THE SAME TIME. IF
TRAVELING...USE CAUTION AND BE ALERT FOR STRONG CROSS WINDS ON
ROADS...INCLUDING THE PEAK TO PEAK HIGHWAY...HIGHWAY 93 BETWEEN
BOULDER AND GOLDEN...AND U.S. 36 FROM BROOMFIELD TO BOULDER AND
LYONS.
