SOUTHERN PORTIONS OF THE DENVER METRO AREA COULD DEPOSIT ANOTHER
HALF INCH OF SLUSHY SNOW ON GRASSY SURFACES BY 1:30 PM. A SECOND
AREA OF LIGHT TO MODERATE SNOWFALL FORMING OVER NORTHEASTERN
PORTIONS OF THE METRO AREA IS ASSOCIATED WITH A WEAK BACK DOOR
COLD FRONT. THIS BATCH OF SNOWFALL IS EXPECTED TO REMAIN OVER THE
EASTERN SUBURBS WHERE UP TO A HALF INCH OF SLUSHY SNOW MAY
ACCUMULATE ON GRASSY SURFACES. MOST OF THIS SHOWER ACTIVITY SHOULD
DIMINISH BY AROUND 1:30 PM.
