WIND AND LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY FOR SOUTHERN LINCOLN COUNTY...

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN DENVER HAS ISSUED A RED FLAG
WARNING FOR WIND AND LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT
FROM NOON TO 8 PM MDT WEDNESDAY.

* AFFECTED AREA...FIRE WEATHER ZONE 247.

* TIMING...

* WINDS...WEST 15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 35 MPH.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...AS LOW AS 12 PERCENT.

* IMPACTS...THE GUSTY WINDS WILL COMBINE WITH LOW RELATIVE
  HUMIDITY TO CREATE CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS ACROSS
  SOUTHERN LINCOLN COUNTY WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON AND EARLY EVENING.
  ANY FIRES THAT OCCUR HAVE THE POTENTIAL TO QUICKLY SPREAD DUE
  TO THE GUSTY WINDS.
