...FIRE WEATHER WATCH IN EFFECT TUESDAY AFTERNOON FOR WIND AND
LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY FOR THE FOOTHILLS, PARK COUNTY AND THE
PALMER DIVIDE...

The National Weather Service in Denver has issued a Fire Weather
Watch FOR WIND AND LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY...which is in effect
Tuesday afternoon.

* Affected Area...Fire Weather Zones 214...215...216...241...
  246 and 247.

* Timing...Tuesday. Noon through 6 pm.

* Winds...Southwest 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 40 mph.

* Relative Humidity...as low as 10 percent.

* Impacts...Gusty winds and low relative humidity will result in
  critical fire weather conditions.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Fire Weather Watch means that critical fire weather conditions
are forecast to occur. Listen for later forecasts and possible
Red Flag Warnings.
