...RED FLAG WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 PM MDT THIS EVENING
FOR WIND AND LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY FOR SOUTHERN LINCOLN COUNTY...

* AFFECTED AREA...FIRE WEATHER ZONE 247.

* TIMING..GUSTY WESTERLY WINDS WILL CONTINUE TO DEVELOP DURING THE
  AFTERNOON...AND WILL BE STRONGEST LATE AFTERNOON AND EARLY
  EVENING.

* WINDS...WEST 15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 35 MPH.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...12-16 PERCENT.

* IMPACTS...THE GUSTY WINDS WILL COMBINE WITH LOW RELATIVE
  HUMIDITY TO CREATE CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS ACROSS
  SOUTHERN LINCOLN COUNTY THIS AFTERNOON AND EARLY EVENING. ANY
  FIRES THAT OCCUR HAVE THE POTENTIAL TO QUICKLY SPREAD DUE TO THE
  GUSTY WINDS.
