* TIMING...RED FLAG CONDITIONS WILL END BY EARLY EVENING AS WINDS
  DECREASE.

* WINDS...WEST 15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 35 MPH ON RIDGES.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...13 TO 16 PERCENT.

* IMPACTS...DUE TO THE DRY AND BREEZY CONDITIONS AND DRY FUELS...
   ANY NEW FIRE STARTS HAVE POTENTIAL TO RAPIDLY SPREAD.
