PLAINS STATES...WITH A WEAK WESTERLY FLOW ALOFT OVER COLORADO. THERE
IS ENOUGH MOISTURE AND INSTABILITY TO PRODUCE SCATTERED RAIN AND
SNOW SHOWERS AS WELL AS A FEW THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS THE HIGH COUNTRY
THIS EVENING. ABOVE NORMAL TEMPERATURES ARE EXPECTED EARLY NEXT WEEK
AS  UPPER LEVEL HIGH PRESSURE BUILDS OVER COLORADO. DESPITE HAVING
THE UPPER RIDGE OVER THE AREA...THERE WILL STILL BE SCATTERED
