AND FRIDAY MORNING. THIS STORM WILL SLOWLY MOVE ACROSS THE STATE
FRIDAY INTO SATURDAY WHILE PROVIDING SIGNIFICANT SNOWFALL TO THE
MOUNTAINS AND FOOTHILLS. ACROSS THE LOWER ELEVATIONS...RAIN WILL
CHANGE OVER TO SNOW FRIDAY AFTERNOON. MOTORISTS SHOULD PLAN AHEAD
HEADING INTO OR THROUGH THE HIGH COUNTRY TONIGHT THROUGH LATE
SATURDAY. A SECOND STORM SYSTEM WILL BEGIN TO AFFECT THE HIGH
COUNTRY AGAIN TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY.
