.DISCUSSION...Cool and unsettled conditions will continue the
remainder of the week and through the weekend. Chances of
wetting rainfall will be the greatest over the higher terrain of
the northern Utah mountains into southwest Colorado over the next
several days. Accumulating snowfall can be expected at times above
8000 feet but the highest amounts will be in the higher elevations.
Breezy conditons expected over northeast Utah and northwest Colorado
tomorrow but otherwise strong winds look to be held in check.
