* WINDS...WEST TO SOUTHWEST 10 TO 15 MPH WITH GUSTS 25 TO 30 MPH.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...8 TO 13 PERCENT.

* IMPACTS...CONDITIONS WILL BE FAVORABLE FOR RAPID FIRE SPREAD
  AND AN INCREASED CHANCE OF ESCAPE. AGRICULTURAL AND OTHER BURNS
  SHOULD BE POSTPONED.
