.Discussion...
It will be hot and dry the rest of today, tomorrow and Thursday.
There will be isolated thunderstorms each day, especially along the
mountains/plains interface and across far southeast Colorado.
Temperatures will reach around 100F each day along the lower
Arkansas River valley, with 70s and 80s in the valleys and mountains.
Surface winds overall will generally be light and diurnally driven.

Cooler weather will arrive on Friday and will last into the weekend.
Isolated showers and thunderstorms will be possible.

Smoke dispersion will be very good or better both tomorrow afternoon
and Thursday afternoon across the district.
