...Red Flag Warning remains in effect for portions of the area

...A Red Flag Warning remains in effect for portions of the area
Tuesday from 11 AM to 7 PM MDT..

.Discussion...

Critical fire weather conditions will continue through this
evening for nearly the entire district as a strong Pacific storm
moves towards the region. Very low humidity values are anticipated
along with southwest winds of 20 to 40 mph with gusts to around
60. For tomorrow, critical fire weather conditions will once again
be possible along the southern I-25 corridor and areas to the
east. Otherwise, it will be very windy everywhere tomorrow as
strong northwesterly winds develop behind a departing area of low
pressure which will push into western Kansas tomorrow. Spotty
critical fire weather conditions will remain possible over parts
of the district on Wednesday as low humidity and gusty winds
remain over the district. Cooler weather is expected to move into
the region on Thursday.

Smoke dispersion is expected to be good to excellent across the
area Tuesday and Wednesday.
