THE HALLOWEEN FORECAST CONTINUES TO GET COLDER WITH AFTERNOON HIGHS
ACROSS MOST OF SOUTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA EXPECTED TO ONLY REACH INTO
THE LOWER 40S. IT WILL BE SLIGHTLY WARMER ACROSS NORTH CENTRAL
KANSAS WITH HIGHS IN THE MID 40S. TEMPERATURES WILL QUICKLY COOL OFF
BETWEEN 6 PM AND 9 PM FOR TRICK OR TREAT TIME. EXPECT TEMPERATURES
TO ONLY BE IN THE 30S AT MOST LOCATIONS AT 6 PM AND THEN QUICKLY
FALL INTO THE 20S TO LOWER 30S BY 9 PM. THE WIND WILL GENERALLY BE
10 MPH OR LESS UNDER CLEAR SKIES.
