HIGH PRESSURE REMAINS OVER THE MID-ATLANTIC THIS MORNING. A WARM
FRONT LIFTS THROUGH THE AREA THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING. A COLD
FRONT WILL SLOWLY SINK SOUTH ACROSS THE AREA WEDNESDAY INTO
THURSDAY...ALLOWING RAIN TO CHANGE TO SNOW. BEHIND THE
FRONT...ARCTIC HIGH PRESSURE WILL BUILD IN FOR THE END OF THE WEEK.
