.SYNOPSIS...A COLD FRONT WILL MOVE THROUGH LATE THIS MORNING...
BRINGING A FEW HOURS OF SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS
BEFORE SKIES CLEAR LATE THIS AFTERNOON. NORTHEAST WINDS WILL
THEN INCREASE TO NEAR 20 KNOTS TONIGHT...RESULTING IN BORDERLINE
SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY CONDITIONS. WINDS WILL SHIFT TO SOUTHEAST
LATE SATURDAY AS HIGH PRESSURE SHIFTS EAST...AND WILL INCREASE TO
NEAR 20 KNOTS AGAIN SUNDAY NIGHT THROUGH TUESDAY AS SOUTHERN
PLAINS LOW PRESSURE INTERACTS WITH HIGHER PRESSURE OVER THE GULF.
