.SYNOPSIS...AREAS OF FOG WILL PERSIST THROUGH MONDAY MORNING ALONG
THE LOWER TEXAS COAST. FOG MAY ALSO REDEVELOP MONDAY NIGHT. FOR
TODAY WEAK LOW PRESSURE WILL REMAIN CENTERED ABOUT 70 MILES OFF
THE COAST FUELING PERSISTENT NORTHEAST WINDS. SOUTHERLY WINDS
DEVELOP TONIGHT AS LOW PRESSURE STRENGTHENS OVER TEXAS AND MEXICO.
THOSE WINDS PERSIST THROUGH EARLY WEDNESDAY WHEN A STRONG COLD
FRONT SWEEPS ACROSS THE COAST. GALE CONDITIONS ARE FORECAST BEHIND
THE FRONT WITH AN EXTENDED PERIOD OF SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY
