.SYNOPSIS...Another breezy day expected today with winds reaching
near 20 knots. Lighter onshore flow is expected Tuesday and
Wednesday as surface High pressure over the Gulf builds westward.
As the winds diminish moisture increases with an isolated shower
or thunderstorm possible anytime Tuesday through Thursday.
