AT 1230 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A OUTFLOW
BOUNDARY...CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS TO AROUND 15 TO 20 KNOTS. THIS
OUTFLOW BOUNDARY WAS LOCATED ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 8 NM
SOUTHEAST OF PORT ISABEL TO 15 NM SOUTHEAST OF SOUTH PADRE
ISLAND...MOVING NORTHWEST AT 15 KNOTS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
