  COASTAL WATERS FROM BAFFIN BAY TO PORT MANSFIELD TX OUT 20 NM...
  LAGUNA MADRE FROM 5 NM NORTH OF PORT MANSFIELD TO BAFFIN BAY TX...

AT 526 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A STRONG THUNDERSTORM...
CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS TO AROUND 30 KNOTS. THIS THUNDERSTORM WAS
LOCATED 17 NAUTICAL MILES NORTHWEST OF MOUTH OF BAFFIN BAY...MOVING
SOUTH AT 10 KNOTS.

OUTFLOW FROM THIS STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL PRODUCE NORTH TO
NORTHWEST WINDS AROUND 30 KNOTS OVER THE NORTHERN HALF OF THE LAGUNA
MADRE AND THE LOWER TEXAS GULF WATERS OUT TO 15 NAUTICAL MILES
OFFSHORE OF KENEDY COUNTY.
