.THE INTERACTION BETWEEN HIGH OVER THE GULF OF MEXICO AND LOW
PRESSURE OVER THE SOUTHERN PLAINS WILL MAINTAIN STRONG WINDS THIS
MORNING. WINDS AND SEAS WILL BE LOWERING LATER THIS MORNING AS A
WEAK COLD FRONT APPROACHES THE COASTAL WATERS. THIS FRONT MOVES
THROUGH THE COASTAL WATER LATER WEDNESDAY NIGHT WITH ANOTHER SMALL
CRAFT ADVISORY BEING ISSUED MAINLY FOR THE OFFSHORE WATERS.
