THROUGH 630 AM...ISOLATED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL DEVELOP
AND MOVE NORTHWESTWARD AT AROUND 20 KNOTS ACROSS THE LOWER TEXAS
GULF WATERS. THE HEAVIEST ACTIVITY WILL IMPACT THE OFFSHORE WATERS
EAST OF SOUTH PADRE ISLAND. MARINERS CAN EXPECT PERIODS OF
MODERATE TO OCCASIONALLY HEAVY RAINFALL AS WELL AS OCCASIONAL
CLOUD TO SURFACE LIGHTNING.
