  WESTERN KENEDY COUNTY IN DEEP SOUTH TEXAS.

  UNTIL 400 PM CDT...

  AT 332 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE METEOROLOGISTS DETECTED A
  STRONG THUNDERSTORM...OVER WESTERN KENEDY COUNTY.  THE STRONG
  THUNDERSTORM WAS DEVELOPING WEST AT AROUND 5 TO 10 MPH.

  THIS STORM IS CAPABLE OF PRODUCING...
  PEA TO DIME SIZED HAIL.
  GUSTY WINDS OF 30 TO 40 MPH.
  TORRENTIAL RAINFALL RATES OF ONE TO TWO INCHES PER HOUR.

  LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
  RURAL WESTERN KENEDY COUNTY.
  RURAL SOUTHEASTERN BROOKS COUNTY.
