...A SPECIAL MARINE WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 745 PM CDT...

For the following areas...
Galveston Bay...

At 642 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from Humble to south Houston, moving east at 45 knots.
Hurricane force gusts are possible in the Houston Ship Channel and
upper parts of Galveston Bay.

HAZARD...Wind gusts in excess of 65 knots and large hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Boats could suffer significant structural damage in high
         winds and hail. Small craft could capsize in suddenly
         higher waves.

Locations impacted include...
Upper San Jacinto Bay, Mitchell Bay, Scott Bay, Black Duck Bay, Tabbs
Bay, Crystal Bay, Burnet Bay, Trinity Bay, and northern Galveston
Bay.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 1000 PM CDT for southeastern
Texas...and the adjacent coastal waters.
