CHITTENDEN...NORTHWESTERN ORLEANS...NORTHWESTERN WASHINGTON...
FRANKLIN AND NORTHWESTERN ADDISON COUNTIES...

AT 335 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN ACROSS THE WARNED
AREA HAS TAPERED OFF. HOWEVER, ADDITIONAL SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS
ARE EXPECTED THROUGH THE EVENING HOURS WHICH WILL KEEP MANY STREAMS
RUNNING HIGH. SOME SMALLER WATERWAYS MAY POSSIBLY LEAVE THEIR BANKS
AND WHILE THE THREAT OF FLASH FLOODING IS LESSENING, LOCALIZED HIGH
WATER WILL REMAIN A CONCERN DURING THIS TIME FRAME.
