.DISCUSSION...
THERE WILL BE A FEW SNOW SHOWERS EARLY THIS MORNING OVER THE EASTERN
HALF OF VERMONT...THEN NORTHWEST FLOW ALOFT WILL BECOME ESTABLISHED
OVER THE AREA LATER TODAY AND WEDNESDAY. THIS WILL BRING DRIER AIR
INTO THE REGION...BUT TEMPERATURES WILL BE BELOW NORMAL WITH HIGHS
GENERALLY IN THE 30S TODAY AND WEDNESDAY. THUS NO FIRE WEATHER
CONCERNS ARE EXPECTED. EVENTUALLY THE FLOW PATTERN WILL CHANGE
WEDNESDAY NIGHT INTO THURSDAY WITH SOUTHWEST FLOW ALOFT DEVELOPING.
THIS WILL RESULT IN WARMER WEATHER...WITH HIGHS IN THE 40S TO AROUND
50 ON THURSDAY. A WARM FRONT WILL ALSO BE MOVING INTO THE REGION AND
BRING A CHANCE OF RAIN OR SNOW SHOWERS TO THE AREA...ESPECIALLY OVER
THE FAR NORTHERN PORTIONS OF NEW YORK AND VERMONT. ACTIVE WEATHER IS
IS EXPECTED FRIDAY INTO SATURDAY WITH MORE PRECIPITATION...BUT NO
CONCERNS WITH RESPECT TO WINDS AND RELATIVE HUMIDITY AS BOTH ELEMENTS
