...DRY PATTERN WITH ABOVE NORMAL TEMPERATURES CONTINUES...

.DISCUSSION...
HIGH PRESSURE WILL REMAIN THE DOMINANT WEATHER FEATURE THROUGH AT
LEAST THE LABOR DAY WEEKEND. THE RESULT WILL BE A CONTINUATION OF
WARM TEMPERATURES AND MAINLY DRY CONDITIONS. MOSTLY SUNNY SKIES
EXPECTED TODAY WITH HIGH TEMPERATURES 85 TO 90 DEGREES.
WINDS WILL BE LIGHT FROM THE SOUTH TO SOUTHWEST AND MINIMUM
RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES WILL RANGE FROM 40 TO 45 PERCENT.

A WEAK BACKDOOR COLD FRONT WILL BRING A SLIGHT CHANCE FOR A FEW
SHOWERS OR THUNDERSTORMS TO NORTHERN AREAS TONIGHT AND TO CENTRAL
AND SOUTHERN AREAS LATE TONIGHT AND ESPECIALLY DURING THURSDAY.
COVERAGE OF PRECIPITATION WILL BE SCATTERED AND ANY PRECIPITATION
AMOUNTS ON THE LIGHT SIDE. DRIER AND SLIGHTLY COOLER AIR FILTERS IN
THURSDAY AFTERNOON AND THURSDAY NIGHT. HIGH PRESSURE WILL SETTLE
OVER THE REGION ON FRIDAY...RESULTING IN SUNSHINE WITH LIGHT WINDS.
HIGHS WILL BE AROUND 80 WITH MINIMUM RELATIVE HUMIDITIES AROUND 35
PERCENT. DRY WEATHER SATURDAY THROUGH MONDAY WITH TEMPERATURES
WARMING THROUGH THE PERIOD. IT WILL TURN A BIT MORE HUMID AS WELL.
