.DISCUSSION...
High pressure will build across the region tonight into Tuesday
with light slope/valley winds, clearing skies and dry weather.
Winds during ignition and burn periods on Tuesday should average
less than 10 mph and vary from north-northwest to north-northeast
over time based off site location. Some brief gusts to 15 mph
are possible by late morning/early afternoon but this should be
the exception rather than the rule. Relative humidities should
range from 75 to 85 percent at 800 am, lowering to around 30 percent
by mid-afternoon as drying occurs under a deepening boundary layer.
