.DISCUSSION...
A radar estimated 0.05 inches of rain fell Wednesday evening prior
to 9 PM across the Dybvig RX area. Light rain may move in
overnight, with amounts of less than 0.03 expected. While we don`t
have any representative surface observations that report
precipitation near the Dybvig RX area, radar estimated that 0.50
to 1 inch of rain fell sometime between 6 AM Monday and 6 AM
Tuesday. While there could be some light pop up Thursday afternoon
(10 percent chance) with peak heating, a dry forecast is currently
expected. Winds will be out of the northeast, and becoming more
out of the north in the afternoon at 10 to 14 mph. Relative humidity
values will fall into the low to mid 40 percent range.
