Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 640 PM AKDT, an ice jam is located just downstream of Tuluksak on the Kuskokwim River. Water is starting to come over the banks into the village. Water levels have risen more than 6 feet in the past 2 hours.
