This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for northwestern Connecticut,
western Massachusetts, east central New York, eastern New York and
southern Vermont.

Hazardous weather is not expected at this time.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.
A strong low pressure system will likely bring periods of moderate
to locally heavy rainfall and strong winds Thursday into Friday.
The combination of rain and snowmelt in areas with remaining
snowpack may result in some flooding of urban, low-lying, or other
flood-prone areas. Rises on area rivers is likely. The strongest
winds are expected Thursday night into early Friday morning across
the eastern Catskills, Taconics, Berkshires, and Litchfield Hills.
