This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of southeast
Minnesota...northeast Iowa and southwest into central Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Low humidity levels, gusty winds, and dry fuels will result in
near-critical fire weather conditions this afternoon, especially
west of the Mississippi River. Be very careful with outdoor
burning and heed any local burn bans.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday

Thunderstorm chances return later Monday night, lasting into
Wednesday. Some storms may be strong to severe Tuesday afternoon
and evening over northeast Iowa and southwest Wisconsin, but
forecast details will be refined over next few days.
