...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHEASTERN LOWNDES AND
NORTHWESTERN MONTGOMERY COUNTIES THROUGH 215 AM CDT...

At 148 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Hayneville, moving northeast at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Southwestern Montgomery, Hayneville, Lowndesboro, Hunter, Dannelly
Field, Maxwell Air Force Base, Snowdoun, Hyundai Motors Of Alabama,
Hope Hull, Woodcrest, and Manack.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
