...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT EASTERN WINSTON COUNTY THROUGH
545 PM CDT...

At 503 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Moreland to Corinth Rec Area. Movement was
northeast at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Arley, Double Springs, Addison, Houston Recreational Area, Nesmith,
Smith Lake, Brushy Lake, Poplar Springs, Helicon, Inmanfield,
Ashridge, Sardis, Corinth Rec Area, Falls City, Moreland, Winston
Free State Barn, Houston, Mill Branch, Hullett Branch, and Clear
Creek.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
