The National Weather Service in Birmingham has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  Western Marengo County in southwestern Alabama...
  Sumter County in west central Alabama...

* Until 115 AM CDT.

* At 1212 AM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from Meridian Station to near Sable to near Heidelberg,
  moving east at 50 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Demopolis, Livingston, York, Cuba, Jefferson, Myrtlewood,
  Nanafalia, The University Of West Alabama, Dug Hill, Boyd, Pin
  Hook, Bluffport, Coatopa, Kinterbish, Old Mallard Airport, U.S. 80
  and AL 28, Belmont, Demopolis Lock And Dam, McDowell, and Bellamy.
