This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central
Colorado.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

No hazardous weather is expected at this time. West to northwest
winds to 30 mph will elevate the fire weather conditions over the
South Park, southern foothills and far northern Colorado. Late
this afternoon and evening, a few weak showers are expected over
the eastern plains with a slight chance for a thunderstorm.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday

Friday, scattered showers and thunderstorms are possible for the
foothills and plains. Thunderstorms may produce wind gusts up to 45
mph and small hail. Higher elevations above 8k ft could receive
light snowfall accumulations between 1-3 inches Friday through
Saturday. This weekend, showers decrease in coverage becoming
isolated from the mountains to the plains. Another chance of
precipitation returns Monday afternoon mainly for the mountains and
foothills.

Spotter activation will not be needed today or tonight, but any
reports of hail or gusty winds will be appreciated.
