Uncertainty exists with timing of clearing early today, but sunshine
is expected for all areas this afternoon. Minumum RH values this
afternoon are expected to fall into the upper 20s percent range with
west to southwest winds reaching 20 to 25 mph. After a cold start
Monday, temperatures are expected to rise to around 60 degrees with
minimum RH in the lower 30s percent range. Southwest winds of around
20 mph will be possible Monday afternoon.
