.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...Strong northerly winds
will continue to increase today with increasing coverage of gale
force gusts through the afternoon and evening. Steep short period
seas in excess of 10 feet will accompany these winds. Unsettled
conditions will only very slightly ease Sunday with strong winds
gradually shunting further offshore Monday.
