.DISCUSSION...
Showers and thunderstorms are likely across the Hill Country,
most of the I-35 Corridor, and Coastal Plains this afternoon and
evening. Some severe storms and locally heavy rainfall may be
possible across these areas. Showers and thunderstorms will linger
over the Coastal Plains Friday. Dry conditions and hotter
temperatures arrive this weekend into next week. Relative humidity
will drop below 30% over the western Edwards Plateau and Rio
Grande Plains for each afternoon Friday through Wednesday. Winds
will mostly be less than 15 mph.
