.DISCUSSION...

Clear to mostly clear conditions expected at the burn site today,
with only passing high cirrus to contend with (unlikely to impact
mixing). Minimum relative humidity will be a touch higher this
afternoon, bottoming out between 26-27 percent. 20-ft winds will
pick up out of the west at 5-7 mph by 9-10 AM this morning, and
will shift slightly to the southwest at 8-9 mph by 2PM. Transport
winds will follow a similar trend, out of the west at 10-15 mph
this morning, shifting and increasing to the southwest at 14-17
mph by 3PM. Mixing heights look to peak between 5-6kft between 4
and 5 PM, supportive of very good ventilation rates.

Overnight, expect a gradual increase in cloud cover to partly
cloudy skies, with mostly cloudy skies expected by 1-2 PM Tuesday.
LVORI of 2 and maximum relative humidity overnight between 75 and
80 percent means low chances of fog development. 20-ft winds will
be lighter overall on Tuesday, picking up out of the southwest at
5-6 mph by noon, then shifting to the south at 6-7 mph. Transport
winds initially west at 9-11 mph at 10-11 AM will shift to the
southwest and increase to 12-15 mph by 3-4 PM. Tomorrow, slightly
less favorable mixing heights of 4-5kft support good ventilation
rates.

Additionally, both today and tomorrow will be unseasonably warm
across Taliaferro County, with highs between 84 and 87 degrees
each day.
